Thank you for your interest in our services, whether it is becoming a Habitat homeowner, our home repair services, or other ongoing assistance we provide. We believe that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home.

Homeownership Application

Here are the first few steps to take if you think you are prepared to apply for homeownership with Will County’s Habitat for Humanity. View the criteria for homeownership on our Homeownership page.

Step 1:

Complete a self-assessment to see if you might qualify to buy a Habitat for Humanity home.

Step 2:

RSVP to attend one of our upcoming homeowner orientations. It is not necessary to bring any documents with you to the orientation.

Home Repair Application

If you are in need of a Critical Home Repair project at your home, please review the income guidelines on our homeownership criteria page to see if you qualify for this program. If you believe you qualify for the program, please fill out an Applicant intake form below. If you would like more details on eligibility requirements or would like to submit a paper version, please contact our Family Services Coordinator by calling  779-702-5658 or emailing charvey[at]habitatwill.org.

Home Salvage

Will County Habitat’s experienced and insured Cabinet Deconstruction Services crew salvages reusable items from residential and commercial buildings, saving you time and money.

We give items a second life, reselling them to fund Will County Habitat’s mission of building decent, affordable homes in partnership with families in need.
