PACK YOUR BAR/BREWERY NIGHT

What Is It?

WCHFH wants to team up with your bar or brewery to help build a home for a veteran and to show off your venue. To do this, encourage your employees to share with your patrons what the Will County Beer & Bourbon Fest (WCBBF) is all about.

Encourage patrons to purchase tickets to the WCBBF and designate your location as their bar or brewery of choice. Your bar/brewery can win one of the two Habitat Pack Your Bar/Brewery Night events. The two locations that sell the most tickets will win a Habitat Pack Your Bar/Brewery Night hosted by Q-Rock and WCCQ radio stations.

How To Win

Inform patrons about the WCBBF March 4 – May 1.
Encourage them to designate your location when purchasing tickets as their bar or brewery of choice.
Hang the provided flyer.
Promote the WCBBF on your social media platforms.

What You Win

One-week on-air promotion on Q-Rock or WCCQ highlighting your bar/brewery and a 2-hour live broadcast from your location on the designated night valued at $2,500.
The bar/brewery that sells the most tickets picks what station they want to be on, Q-Rock or WCCQ.
The runner up venue will win the alternate station.
A total of 30 drawdown raffle winners (Beer and Bourbon Experience Winners) will be encouraged to be at your bar/brewery on either May 22nd with Q-Rock or May 23rd with WCCQ from 7:00-9:00 PM.
- 10 on-air winners and their guest
- 10 on-line winners and their guest
- 10 on-site event qualifiers
Raffle qualifiers will have the opportunity to win the WCBBF Beer and Bourbon Experience for 15 of their friends with Q-Rock’s Elwood or WCCQ’s Boss Man.
Habitat supporters are invited to come out and be a part of the broadcast.
$500.00 bar tab to be covered by Habitat for Humanity.

CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary for your bar or brewery to participate.
All bars/breweries participating must register to be part of the HFH Bar/Brewery Challenge
A minimum of 20 tickets purchased in support of your bar/brewery to be eligible to win.
Contest starts on March 4 and closes on April 30th.
The winning bar/brewery to be announced on May 1st by phone call and e-mail.
